[Winner] Hanoi THT B1CC4 Office Development Project Design Competition

This project, planned for the Vietnam Hanoi THT Star Lake City B1CC4 Block, is a Design&Build project built by Daewoo E&C and handed over to buyers.

Architectural design is an important point, but the core of the Design&Build project is to meet needs of both buyers and operators (construction company), and requires that the period of the approval be shortened to reduce economic and business risks in consideration of business operators.

This is a Grade A project by itself, and has been selected as an economic design and a plan that minimizes the licensing period. As B1CC4 offices become a landmark in Hanoi with a refined scalpel, this will be a successful model of the Design-Build project considering its leasing and economics.

Thank you for all the hard work of the executives and employees.

[Award] Sejong 1-1 Zone L1BL <23rd Good Apartment Overall Grand Prize(President’s Award)>

Sejong City 1-1 Zone L1BL (Goun-dong Sejong Paragon), designed by its headquarters, won the “Livable Apartment” grand prize (Presidential Award) for Maeil Business, which boasts the nation’s highest authority in the residential sector.

This is all the more meaningful because it is the first complex in 10 years since the housing supply began in Sejong Multi-functional Administrative City.

With up to 18 stories and 19 buildings (998 households), this is the largest single complex in the 1-1 Living Space, and its most significant feature is the combination of terraced townhouse and penthouse in the lower, middle, and high-rise areas, respectively, instead of artificially adjusting short distances to preserve the natural terrain surrounding three sides.

Functionally, it combines the comfort of a detached house with the convenience of an apartment, and has become a local landmark with a luxurious design unique to the ‘Paragon.’

Also, by deploying European-style gardens and central squares, it has created a high-end apartment image that is distinct from ordinary apartment complexes.

[Winner] Busan Myeongji District Cultural Complex Design Competition

The site of this project is located at the junction of Myeongji District and Nakdong River, planned as a cultural space to accommodate the city and nature under the concept of “center of echo”.

We created an integrated outer space by breaking down the boundary between the neighboring parks and the Nakdong River to become a public building that blends with the surrounding areas rather than to be an island in the center of the city, thus providing citizens with a creative cultural platform.

The cultural complex should be an open space for residents to freely communicate and participate. In this place where the city and nature meet, we create a lively city space 365 days through small spaces where communication and small spaces.
